Music Instructor at Ahern Middle School

webbMrs. Kaylie Webb teaches 5th and 6th Grade Chorus, small group lessons, and 8th Grade Elective at Ahern Middle School. She is passionate about helping her students discover and develop their own unique voices, enabling them to create art that is meaningful to them and moving to those around them. Prior to coming to Foxborough, Mrs. Webb taught K-5 General Music at Weymouth Public Schools. Outside of the school day, she is the Musical Theatre Team Vocal instructor and a private voice and piano instructor at Starline Academy for the Performing Arts in Stoughton, MA.

Mrs. Webb graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s of Music in Music Education, concentration in Voice from Gordon College, where she was a recipient of the Hannay Vocal Scholarship as well as the Friends of Music Scholarship. While at Gordon, she had the privilege to perform in vocal master classes with Dr. Ollie Watts Davis, Kevin McMillan, Janet Baty, and Desiree Hassler. She was also a featured vocal soloist with the Gordon College Choir as well as the Gordon College Jazz Ensemble. Additionally, she performed in chamber music ensembles, and staged and performed an excerpt of Domenico Cimarosa’s opera, Il Matrimonio Segreto.
