The National Honor Society (NHS) is an academic and service based organization that recognizes outstanding high school juniors and seniors. NHS is comprised of students who have demonstrated excellence in the areas of Character, Scholarship, Leadership, and Service. Students are invited to apply and membership to NHS is not guaranteed.

Community/School Groups:
Groups who are seeking volunteers for their event must create a sign-up form (sign-up genius, google forms, etc) to share with Ms. Barrett and Mr. Callanan. Advisors will post the form to our NHS Team, but it is up to the organizing group to directly coordinate with students if they sign up.
We are contacted by many groups and cannot guarantee volunteers for specific events.
CHARACTER
- Takes criticism willingly and accepts recommendations graciously
- Consistently exemplifies desirable qualities of behavior
SCHOLARSHIP
- Puts great effort and attitude into academics
- Maintains a high GPA
LEADERSHIP
- Resourceful in proposing new ideas to solve problems
- Gets the job done regardless of the obstacles
- Inspires those around them to join their cause
SERVICE
- Participates consistently in a volunteer/community service activity to help those in need
