The FHS Emblem/Logo Committee is looking for members of the Foxborough community who are interested in designing a new “Foxboro Warriors” emblem or logo. Please review the linked criteria document below and do not hesitate to contact Mrs. Arcacha ([email protected]) or Dr. Donovan ([email protected]) with any questions. Please know that all submissions will be presented anonymously to the FHS Emblem/Logo Committee and will subsequently be released anonymously to the community for feedback.
- Project Size: The dimensions for the logo design must be 5"x 5,” ensuring clarity and legibility.
- Color Palette: Utilize a limited color palette consisting of FHS Navy (pantone color 092250) and Gold (pantone color EDB448), as well as white and black for trim.
- Design Style: The logo should be created as a vector graphic (if using a computer-generated program to ensure scalability and quality) or in a drawing media that will be easy to replicate in a computer-generated program if chosen.
- Theme and Concept: The logo should reflect the core values and identity of Foxborough High School (see Empathy Map below). Please note that we cannot use any image containing Native American/indigenous people pictures/representations and/or iconography in our new emblem/logo.
- Typography: Select a type that is legible (preferably not script) and works well with the overall aesthetic of the logo. See the notes attached for the required text.
- Symbolism and Iconography: If incorporating symbols or icons, ensure they are original and meaningful, avoiding copyrighted materials or AI-generated images. The imagery should resonate with the target audience and reinforce the brand message (see Empathy Map).
- Versatility: The logo should be versatile enough to work across various applications, including digital platforms, print materials, merchandise, and signage.
- Deliverables: Provide the final logo design to Ms. Arcacha by Friday, March 29, 2024, via email at [email protected]
